Crocodile Dundee (1986)

This is an Australian comedy from 1986, about a stereotypical Australian man, a crocodile hunter from ‘The Outback’. The story follows the crocodile hunter, Mick Dundee (Paul Hogan), on his first trip to a major city, with hilarious results. The film showcases some of Australia’s beautiful natural bush scenery and portrays a new perspective (for the time) of Indigenous Australians (Aborigines).

The trailer for the film introduces us to the character, Mick Dundee, a stereotypical Aussie bloke from the bush, and follows him on his first trip away from home, where his simplicity and naivety lead him into all kinds of interesting situations.
