What were you doing in your homecountry before you came to Australia ?
I was working as an engineer, my profession
Why Australia ?
For many reasons…I did a big research before coming, and put in the balance: UN statistics and rankings, salary/prices ratio, unemployment rate, history, currency, safety in the streets, friends’ advice, weather, availability of the same food that there is in my country of origin, beach access, sport access, hot girls access, etc.

What type of visa do you have and why ?
What sort of work did you do in Australia ? In which fields?
Supply Chain Planning
Tell us about your travels
I did most of the New South Wales coast from Jervis Bay up to Queensland, Gold Coast area and Melbourne (for the F1 Grand Prix)
What was the budget for your trip ?
$800 – When you come from Argentina you really don’t have much of a chance to save money beforehand!
What is the most beautiful place in Australia to you?
Parts of the NSW coast and Sydney
What was your favourite moment/event in Australia ?
Hehe I cannot tell you that!
From what I can say, when we won the football championship
If you were to give a piece of advice to someone coming to Australia, what would it be?
That he (or she) has to deeply know why he comes, enjoy the beach, don’t try vegemite, be careful with driving on the left and the first thing to do here is to here is to buy sunscreen! (depending on the skin type of the person)
What do you wish you knew before getting on the plane to Australia?
That this country has an Anglo-Saxon culture and that they don’t like dribbling at football. Also that kangaroos are one of the funniest things on Earth!
Did your Australian experience change you ? How?
Yes, a bit. Made me know a bit more about the Anglo-Saxon culture and this particular country. It made me grow as a professional, but don’t think it has changed me a lot as a person (at least so far!)
