International Talent Acquisition Assistant

Starting date: July 2019

6 month internship based in Sydney

1) Company description

    Consulting solutions for international companies interested to start or grow their
    footprint in Australia
  • Recruitment services for companies based in Australia looking for interns or permanent
    positions
  • A one-stop-shop for international professionals willing to start or continue their career
    in Australia
  • Organization of startup networking events (Startup&Angels.com) and B2B
    conference (B2BRocks.co/Sydney)

To support and develop our International Talent Acquisition solutions, we are looking for an
intern from a Business School or University to take on the role of International Talent
Acquisition Intern.

 

2) Responsabilities/Missions

Reporting directly to the HR management team, your main duties will be to:

  • Liaise with students and professionals looking for qualified work opportunities in
    Australia on a daily basis
  • Support the team in writing attractive Job Descriptions
  • Source candidates based on our clients’ requirements
  • Shortlist candidates and lead first round of interviews based on our robust recruitment
    methodology
  • Communicate our job and internship offers on our channels and look for new ones to
    promote efficiently our offers and to attract more candidates
  • Take part in networking and marketing activities to share our unique value proposition
    and savoir-faire
  • Assist in any other ad hoc HR related projects such as team building, procedure
    definition, process design and implementation etc.

 

3) Applicant Profile

  • You are currently studying in a business school or university with a master in HR and
    would love to gain operational experience through an internship in Sydney.
  • You have acquired academic knowledge in recruitment and/or business development
    and want to apply what you learned during an internship in a dynamic start-up

 

4) Key requirements

  • You have a can-do attitude combined with excellent communication, listening and
    interpersonal skills
  • You are people-oriented, customer-focused, strong team player and eager to learn new
    things
  • You are a self-driven, proactive, highly organized, curious and energetic student with
    excellent attention to details and high level of autonomy
  • You have experience in IT & Social Media major tools such as Office and Google
    suites, MailJet, WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • You are fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • You are familiar with the expatriation processes (international experience is a big plus)
    and have a passion for Australia

 

5) Length

  • Length: 6 months preferred
  • Start date : July 2019

 

6) Benefits

  • Monthly Allowance: 250 AUD

 

7) How to apply

2. We will then review your resume and cover letter and assess it against other
applicants
3. We will contact you to set up a face-to-face (or Skype) interview
4. If successful, you will be asked to provide us with two referees (name and email
address) – ideally one academic referee and one professional referee if applicable –
for us to conduct a reference check
5. Finally, we will liaise with your school/university to sign an internship agreement
6. We will assist you to come to Sydney so you can experience the services we offer to
young professionals.
