On the evening of November 24th, Startup&Angels’ partner UPSTARTS held its first ever Awards Finale in Hong Kong to celebrate and honor Asia’s homegrown retail players from various upcoming consumer brands, retailers, marketplaces, tech startups in the retail space, as well as expert solutions providers. This hybrid event, which had over 100+ attendees in Hong Kong and globally, saw eight retail players from Asia pitching live to a panel of judges to win awards in categories such as Brand, Brand Experience, Brand Personality, and Audience Choice.

The winning startups were selected by a highly competent panel of judges based on a number of criteria, such as their ability to provide an engaging pitch, exhibit a scalable business model, and house a talented team who support their vision.
